PIYUSH is a chlorine solution used for disinfecting water at household level. PIYUSH was launched in 1994 with the packaging of 0.5 chlorine solution on a household scale.

e-CON is an emergency contraceptive pill for women to prevent unwanted pregnancies. When taken before ovulation, ECPs prevent the release of an egg from the ovary or delays its release by 5 to 7 days.

Nepal CRS Company, in partnership with Family Health Division - GoN, Nepal Fertility Care Center (NFCC) and with financial support from Venture Strategies Health Development (VSHD) began pilot initiatives of Matri Surakchya Chakki, in Bardiya district through the Sangini Franchising Network. The pilot initiative began after the briefing session on 20 April 2009 conducted at Thakurdhwara Village Development Committee of Bardiya district.
